Should you deadhead daisys?

Question:I planted daisy seeds and I don't know if I should deadhead them. What makes them have more blooms? Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.

Answers:
Yes they should be deadheaded. Don't just cut off the flower though, part of the stem needs to be removed also. Shasta daisies are different from Gerbera.

Yes, dead head your Daisy's if you want more blooms. If you leave the flower it will turn into a seed pod. It takes energy away from the production of more sunny daisy's.
