How do you diagnose problem in potato garden?


Question:Leaves have brown sunken spots but the leaves looked healthy yesterday. Dug infected plant up and find slimy potato skin along with healthy tubers. What is this and are there any remedies?

Answers:
Sounds like early blight of potato. Bullseye like brownspots on leaves, and rotting of potato.
