What is wrong with my maglonia tree?
Question:I live in central Alabama. I have a magnolia tree that grows leaves and loses them over and over again... no blooms just leaves. One day there's leaves and the next day they've falling off again. Is it trying to die on me?

I agree with Bubba. I will also add that due to the extreme heat we are already experiencing, you could try using a plant booster (liquid form) when you water it. Don't even think the word "die." They are so beautiful but so troublesome at times.
Our whole climate is changing so much. The bees did not even show up where I live until last month and just a few. It is sad. (I live in Arkansas). Don't judge me, not my fault. I claim Texas as my home.
Magnolia trees are very hard to deal with.
Look at the tree leaves are they tilted slightly upwards..if so this is good.
If the leaves are kinda droopy then you need to water the tree.
Other than that Magnolia trees loose a lot of leaves thats just the way it is. I have one and for twenty years I have to rake leaves in the summer time. Its not fair but its a Magnolia. Lol
Oh I live in Houston Tx so I know hot and dry lol
? maby its that all of the tree might not get some sun or it needs a little more enviorment or it is too late to do any thing or it needs water. its probably sick so maby you should pour water on the area that usually has the blossoms\flowers.
