What's a CSA farm?

Question:

Answers:
Community Supported Agriculture

To add to Gale's answer ... CSA farms work together with the community. People buy into the farms and usually once a week go to the farms and pick up the fresh products grown on the farm. Produce will change as the growing seasons change. The benefits are that you know where your food is coming from, you are working with local farmers to help continue the "keep it local" idea, you receive great produce at low prices --- no shipping costs ---- and you may get a chance to try something new. It's much better than going to Wal-Mart! Community support works for everyone!
