How do i fix my front yard...?
Question:My front yard is a pretty sloped and grass really does not grow, just weeds!! There are also lots of good sized rocks in the yard!! Any ideas of what has to be done to fix it? I hate looking at it and is a pain to cut with all the rocks!! Thanks!!

Have you thought of removing grass, and planting either Mercury Bay Weed, which is a close lawn-type plant.Doesn't need mowing. Or planting a Chamomile herb, which again covers well. Otherwise the only other thing, would be to re-level your lawn, using rocks as a retaining wall. This would require you to kill off grass, cultivate, and re-seed. Takes time and money. Good Luck!
Get rid of the grass/weeds and consider a rock front yard. There are many varieties and colors of rock you can choose from or combine, and your existing rock will only help to compliment it. Make sure there is a weed barrier below the rock to keep most weeds from growing there in the future.
first take out the rocks...you might want to get rid of those unwanted weeds.once you cleaned ...plant a tree in the middle of the yard (for shade) .little by little you can put in some blocks or cement..it's hard work but worth it..good luck
put in a retaining wall and a rock garden
Plant some low growing bushes on the slope spaced evenly. Fill in the areas between the bushes with mulch and water well. This will help deter erosion and lessen the need to mow this dangerous area. You may also want to plant a ground cover such as Crown vetch it will expand and do the same thing.
Good luck
