the plant seems to be a Gerbera and you might try checking to see if it is "pot bound". A plant is pot bound when the roots fill the pot and there is not enough soil to hold the water and provide nutrients.
If the plant is pot bound you have two choices. Cut off some of the roots or gently disentangle the outside roots and re pot it in a larger pot using potting soil.
Gerberas are a seasonal flower so once the bloom is gone it will not bloom until the next season. They like warm weather
moist soil and feeding every two weeks or so. If you live in a frost free climate you can plant the plant in the garden for next year's bloom.
Daisy's?
you can go to a craft store and buy something to help perserve the flower or you can refill the water nice and cold every day
It looks like a gerber it needs some water they droop in dry soil and need a stick or wire to keep them upright or you might put it in a larger container if its root bound.

Those are gerber daisies.
Make sure they're getting bright light and water them enough, but don't over water them. (The soil should be moist but not soggy to the touch.)
PS- Gerbers (Gerbera) daisies are annuals (meaning they will not re-bloom like perennials), so when they start to decline, that's it. It's possible that you can try to transplant them outside where they might bloom until frost.
They look like gerbera daisys that need to be replanted in something larger - can even grow in the ground. i live in Fla and they do bloom again.
those are gerber daisies
they should be transplanted out doors so they can spread and enjoy the sun.they are called gerber daisies and they make good outdoor plants. They may droop from not having enough root room...
