plus other random flowers.
The majority of the above are struggling with all this rain, only the potatoes seem happy !!
Lots and lots of flowers, a cherry tree, a big laurel bush, some grass and a few foliage plants up the shady end.

i moved into my house last year and only had weeds
I now have bamboo, ferns, canna, bleeding heart, sweet williams, hydranga, rodadendrons, azalias, lillies, roses,
i have set aside an area where i am growing, vegtables,
carrots betroot shalots, broadbeans runner beanslettuce sweed and cabbages and some radishes and have potatoes in containers, there are also some hanging baskets and against the wall there are some fuscias and agapanthas
The weeds in the grass mainly! Why do weeds thrive so well? Mind you I also have 10ft tall Hollyhocks at the moment - they seem to enjoy this constant sun, rain, sun, rain we have had!!
Let's see, lots of weeds and grasshoppers.There is also some green beans, peas, okra, tomatoes, beets, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, yellow squash, zucchini squash, cantalopes, and watermelons. We already pulled the onions. And that's what's growing in my garden, though to be fair, I must say that the weeds and grasshoppers are thriving!
Most things I planted and a few I wish I had not planted. With all this rain I am thinking of extending the pond to cover the entire garden. Then the lawn will not need mowing.
only palm trees - 4 of them, not a flower in sight this year
