Do plants benefit from dew?

Question:I have a small collection of plants and I was wondering if it would help them in any way that I spray them w/water. Besides watering them, of course.

I have:
-Anthurium
-Lucky Bamboo
-Orchid
-Polka Dot
-Some foliage

Answers:
yes alot of them love dew...and some have leaves designed to take this small form of water and direct it where it needs to go to thebase..it is also a good way to remove dust and dirt from the plant

dew? yes.. if it gets to the ground and is absorbed by the roots. Dew can help rinse off the leaves, sometimes.

Actually, dew can contribute to the formation of mildews on some plants, especially when it's warm overnight.

If these are in your house, spray 'em.. they can probably benefit from the moisture and removal of dust and the leaves.
i guess
Technically, dew is actually water that comes to the surface from within a plant structure of say grass blades. The only real good of applying water to the foliage is to mist ferns, spraying plants with water isn't necessary or needed.
