How do you get rid of stubborn tall weeds?

Question:I have a prob. with tall stubborn weeds in my back yard along the fence. I have used the regular weed spray killer from Home Depot but that doesn't seem to help much. Any help would be great. I will have to do it myself because of money issues. People around here charge way too much to do anything to help out. Help please. Thanks a bunch.

Try using round-up by "ortho" pretty sure you can buy it at home depot also but if not try tractor supply. If that doesn't work use "erase." I have always had good luck with both but the best with round-up. Good Luck

call some one to do it for you or pay a neighbor to do it :D
Get a shovel to dig it up and get all the roots or it will grow back.
Get some salt. The kind used in swimming pools. It will discorage weed growth, or anything else, for that matter.
I know you probably dont have anyone around like me Im an older woman I use dish detergent in a spray bottle dilute it a bit then spray at the base of the weeds
have you had ask one of youre next door neighbors if they have anyone like a older sons who willin trim and cut youre tale green weeds grasses from youre back yard for you .
wait for a good rainfall and pull them out while the soil is still soft.. no chemicals involved and a nice ab workout for you.. win/win!
put vinegar on the leaves of the plant and the plant absorbs the vinegar, which kill it, without using chemicals.
You can go with an industrial strength weed killer. Something you cant get in stores.
If the tall weeds are broad leaf weeds use a selective weed killer called "Triple Threat".
Barren weed killer is a Total vegetation herbicide and will kill everything and keep it down for a year. Read all labels before application!
