Get in there and pull it out. Most weed problems are easier to handle before they get out of hand if you spend a couple of minutes a day getting them while they are small and fewer.

Get some Roundup, wearing water proof gloves, put some Roundup in a bowl and use a peice of paper towel to dab in on the offending weeds, keep if off leave you don't want dead.
