Somebody knows where luke saunoris is?

Question:This guy come to do a patio at my house, in Illinois, we pay him for the work, and one week later the patio start sinking!, we call him and call him, and he said, lets just let it sink some more, then I will fix it. he never come back! and now I found on internet, more people who has been afected by him. Watch out for this guy, he could probably have moved to another state, the law is looking for him.
