How to encourage plumeria to bloom? 3 year old plant that has lots of leaves, but has never bloomed!?

Question:Planted in a pot which is brought in before every winter.
Plant loses all leaves at end of summer (then I bring it inside for winter).
Plant has new growth every year (was a single "stick" when bought, but now has 3 "branches" off the original main branch.

I hear they have beautiful flowers, but I have yet to see one! Any help to encourage the flowers would be appreciated!

Answers:
Plumeria need no less then 6 hours of full sun daily and it is a heavy feeder to push to bloom should pick low nitrogen but high phosphorous food also need a lot of water but avoid wet foot.Try to aiming for these your plant will bloom.

We had a similar problem with some of our flower bushes a couple years back. They wern't Plumeria, but we ended up going to a local stable and getting some fresh horse poop. The fresh manure is loaded with good stuff that the plants like, just wear gloves!
The bush has been blooming ever since. Good luck!
