Any suggestions on how to get rid of the chameleon plant without harming other plants?

Question:I have dug and dug and dug and it just continues to pop up and take over. I don't want to use poison as I have other plants that I don't want to harm. This plant, while very pretty, is the worst thing I've had to try and get rid of. It suffocates everything if I would let it go. I believe the root system goes clear to china! :)

Answers:
Take an oatmeal box..cut the bottom off and put it over the plant before you use the Round Up..that way the Round Up won't bother any other plant,,,the leaves absorb it and it goes down and kills the roots.

I was told not to give Chameleon Plant to anyone that you wanted to keep as a friend.it sure is an attractive plant, tho'...

Roundup only works on plants you spray the leaves of, so let it grow leaves and spray with Roundup.
