Watering my Dracaena plant?

Question:ok so my Dracaena plant soil is completly dry so It's time to water it and I was wondering if it is ok to water it wit tap water or am I suppose to water it with disstiled water like how I was told I was suppose to put my bamboo in. and also I just got a elephant trunk plant and it said to only water when dry well it's not dry but I would like to know if it is ok to water it with tap water or what?

Answers:
Tap water is fine but I always let it get to room temperature first. Water from the tap would be too cold and that would put the plant in shock. I fill a jug or whatever and let it sit over night. Also it's good to keep a spray bottle to mist the leaves.

Sure, tap water is fine.
tap water is fine and for the bamboo i have one and never even put distilled water in it and it is growing fine has new shoot on it and all
