Vegetable garden question...?
Question:what are some edible parts of plants that most people normally throw out?
such as radish and beet greens
Answers:
I only know a few. Herb blossoms, beet tops, squash blossoms (only the males), nasturtium leaves
everything but the root, as long as u "boil" em good!
Even dandelions are edible. I don't know what people do with the greens of turnips, but down south turnip greens are very popular, which is the top green leafy part of the turnip.
