Yes!!
Your local H/I store will have the parts, here is a kit you can buy. Gives the breakdown, so you can see what you need if you want to put together yourself.

Good luck at staying cool!
I am not quite sure what you are trying to "mist" with the water.
I have two guesses
1) Outdoor Water Mist Cooled Evaporative Air Conditioning
This is/was common in the dry parts of the country as a means to bring the temperature down around patios.
A fine mist of water is put into the air and as the water evaporates due to the temperature and the low humidity the surrounding air is cooled. The increased humitity in the immediate area also makes the area feel more comfortable.
Although these are often installed as permanent systems like underground sprinklers (although they are usually suspended overhead to give the fine mist the largest chance of evaporating before hitting the ground) they can be supplied by any water source.
The limitation to using a single garden hose is the water consumption of the system to which you attach it.
The NOZZLE is the critical item in making these systems work correctly as the finer the mist the more surface area per droplet the better the evaporation.
I do not know either of these companies,
but they came up on google when I did a search on google and appear to have products related to this.

2) A water mist for watering your garden without damaging the plants.
These are most often used to create a gentler "rain like" effect for watering and are generally used at the end of a watering wand so that you can reach over the area to be watered.
Here is a link to a prfessional garden supply co. that offers them. You should be able to find these at your local Home Depot or gardening supply store.
