How do you get moles out of your yard?

Question:

Answers:
A castor oil spray soaked into the ground will work. Try products like 'Liquid Fence'.

You may need to alter the watering and do many other little things to make the yard less welcoming to moles. They are usually looking for grubs or worms. The grubs can be killed with "milky spore", and some people say it does the job.

When I was a kid back on the farm (chewing on hay, tilting back my ten gallon hat) my grandpaw used to drown 'em out with the hose.

No, really, he did. I used to have nightmares about drowning little fuzzy creatures!
i had the same problem! take the garden hose, put it down the tunnel, and flood them out! if you see one out of its tunnel, dont mess with it!
I've heard that moth balls will cause them to leave. There are traps and bait that can be bought to kill them. I've tried gohpher plants and having a pole with a windmill on it shoved into the ground. Neither one works.
Cats love to catch moles probably more than they like to catch mice. They can rid your yard of moles in a couple of days. Local Farm & Garden stores may be able to help with suggestions too.
yeah what the guy above me said! Best answer is in the bag!
There is a fairly new product out called Talprid. Having been in the lawn care business for the last 22 yrs I can safely tell you that Talprid works better than anything else I've seen. They are a bait, made in the shape of plastic worms that are placed in the runs of the mole's. They do work.
Another fairly good one is Kaput. It is a syringe filled with the bait . Premeasured amounts are squirted into the runs.
The important thing is to read the label, and follow the instructions.
Something else that you may try is peppermint oil on cotton balls thrown into the holes.Rodents don't like it. Make sure to use oil not extract.
