How to grow aloe plants?

Question:i have a few aloe plants and i dont know if they like sun or shade at all.

Answers:
Aloe plant is from Liliaceae family. Its height vary from 10 to 100 cm and its like cactus (morphologycal speaking). They came from warm and draught zones. These juicy plants have a slow growth and they need a lot of light. Usually, you have to put them on the southern windows. In the summer time, it's best to keep them in the garden, under the sunlight. In the winter, can be chilly in the room, but absolutely necessarily has to be light.
The temperature in the room and the low umidity enforce the plant to take a recumbency. If you don't give it this time off, the plant will not have flowers.

Even though they are in the cactus family, aloe plants do not like direct sun light. Shade and warmth is best and not too much water, every other week.
aloe plants are like cacti, they don't need a lot of water. i have some too and i water them about twice a month. although i'm not sure if they like sun or not.
Technically, aloe veras are not cacti, but they are succulents. They can go in the sun, but will have a reddish-brown tint to them and grow very slowly. They work best in an area where they get indirect sunlight. Most people keep them either indoors next to a north-facing window or outside in the shade. Watering is a minimal necessity, however, the more you water, the faster they will grow. I have never seen an over-watered aloe, but then again, I'm not one to over-water. Once a week at the most is fine.
I had aloe plants before and I found they did best in a sandy soil. I didn't water them often.Just a little every week.
not the heat or to much sun is good
