Do I tip the guys who are doing my landscaping? If so, how much?

My husband and I own a landscaping company and we have never been given a tip. I would never dream of expecting one either. Everyone there is getting paid for the job they are doing.
Nice gesture, but I wouldn't tip them. A nice thing to do would be to offer them something to drink. Most of the time they already have something with them. :)
No, they are paid to do that job, you need not TIP them. If a bonus is due it is their company that needs to do that!
Definately not you pay them for work done. But keep them happy with cups of tea/coffee just in case you need them to come back.
You don't need to tip them. However, they might appreciate a cooler full of cold drinks (not beer!). I always do this when I'm having work done on my home.
WOW you people are cheap! Do you tip at the restaurant? They are paid by the owners. If they need to be paid more the owner will do it? Come-on! The purpose of a tip Is. To Insure Prompt Service.Get-it. You will find there service better and more receptive to any and all problems you have. They may even throw in some extra work without charging you in the future.
I would think that when the work is done to your satisfaction, a $20 for each of the crew members would be more than welcome. They've worked hard and you're happy.. why not?
depends...if the person performing the service is the owner, than no you don't tip. but if they are an employee, then you do. same rule of thumb applies for barber/stylists, caterers, florists, and tour guides as well.
