Bee's Nest?

Question:Whilst gardening yesterday and today, we was trying to clear an area of overgrown, but now removed, bushes. There is a small hole in the soil where many bee's seems to enter and exit from. We've sprayed with bee killer foam the entrance of the nest yesterday and today although there are still loads of bee's hovering around it. Does anyone know of anything we can do to remove the bee's - permantly! Could it be that there is a nest under the soil or is this not possible?

Answers:
The ones that are hovering around are probably the ones that weren't home when you sprayed in the foam. Give them a day or two, and they will find somewhere else to go.

Look under the heading "Control" at the bottom of the page.

When I was about 10 years old I stuffed a pine cone down such a nest and was promptly rewarded by about a dozen stings!
Why do you wish to kill them, are you afraid of them ?
