Is Jewelweed juice drinkable?

Question:Just wondering because I've got a lot in my yard.

It seems to be okay to eat, so drinking should be no different.

I found that from this website and it also has a game to play with jewelweed. Take a stick and poke at a patch of jewelweed with the pods and the pods will burst the seeds out like popcorn! lol =)
