Wher can i buy a good sized sunflower (3-5 feet) in LA / Ventura County area?

That depends on the sun flower, in our garden the birds plant the seeds and we just let them grow in certain places. Sometimes they grow into huge blossems, other times they grow into lots of small blossems. Only Mother Nature can determine what size each blossem is going to be.
