Answers:
Lilly Pilly...it grows very fast and is sometimes called ..."Good bye Neighbour". It has an attractive white flowers at the end of summer, which turn into clusters of small red berry fruit which is edible. It attracts birds. Not sure if you can get them there though.
banana tree
Mango- I don't know this from experience, but I wanted to plant the mango seed from the mango i'd just eaten, so I did a little research on it about a three weeks ago on the net, and they said it needs lots of room because it grows fast! I'm not the perfect gardener, but, that is what I found out... ps. my mango seed only took 3 weeks to sprout, I wrapped it is wet fabric (soaked) put it in a ziplock bag and taped it to a window that sees alot of sun.. I checked it in a week and added a little water to it... today it had a beautiful sprout... this was a store bought mango... when I try to plant store bought food, I actually by the uglier smaller versions of the frut because the big pretty one are often grafted, so you will have a tree but no fruit... the uglier smaller ones I assume aren't grafted, just a good deal the supermarket got from a smaller farmer...
i live in texas btw, and ash trees grow fast, pin oaks, bradford pears, and almost n e type of oak BESIDES live oak
Poplars are fast growers, but they also die off quickly. 12 years is about max for them. Maples and willows will also grow quickly. 6 feet or so in a year. The fastest growing tree I know of is called an Empress Tree.

Good luck.
Hybrid & Tulip poplars and willows will grow about 8 feet a year. They needed to be staggered with slow growing trees since they are so short lived.
Columnar oaks, European White Birch, Sweet Gum Maple, Purple ash all grow between 4-6 feet a year. I have all 4 of these in my yard, and they've grown remarkably fast.
If you're looking for a solution to a troublesome view, you might want to try bamboo, instead. It grows much more quickly than a tree and will provide you with the cover you're looking for. It's needs are minimal and the only upkeep is to keep in one area...it likes to spread.
