How do i get rid of chiggers?
Question:i got bitten by them when i was in Southern Indiana, a few weeks ago

You can't get rid of them since you can't treat the entire outdoors, but if you wear boots, socks and jeans when hiking in the woods and make sure to wash your feet if you have tromping around a marshy area.you should be ok

bleech, good old clorex. Get a wash rag or piece of cotton and dip it in straight up bleech and hold it on the bite for a few seconds and the next day it is gone.
We are plagued with them all the time. this is the only thing that works.
put clear fingernail polish on them. it sufficates the bugs and then they die. or you can just go swimming in a pool for a while they would sufficate them too. I had them things I got em right now too.
Apply clear nail polish on the bite. It will suffocate the chigger.
You have probably gotten rid of most of the insects themselves (they are very small mites) when you bathed/showered. Be sure to change your sheets if you haven't already. To help with the itch, cover the bites with clear nail polish.
