Is your house worth more with a tiny patch of grass or instead of grass a nice patio in it's place?

Question:

Answers:
I personally would prefer a nice patio since a tiny patch of grass would require a lawmower and the work that goes with it. A patio just needs hosing off to keep it clean plus no chiggers or ticks to worry about.

I can't imagine buying a house with no grass whatsoever. I'd stick with the grass, even if it's a very small area.
A patio with a nice flower bed & some bushes around the edges will be fine, & if tastefully done can add to the value of the home.
I would prefer a nice patio with some big potted plants and then some small bushes around the border of the yard. Grass is a nuisance.
