I planted 2 Astilbe plants last weekend and one is doing well and the other one isn't. HELP!?

Question:I planted them right next to eachother in a partial shade and the one is fine but the other's leaves are curling in on themself. I have watered them everyday, and once with the miracle grow liquidfeed. The only oops I made was when I was reading the the pamphlet I thought it said likes salty soil, so I put some salt in the dirt but when I went back to the pamphlet is said tolerant to salty soil. What should I do?

Answers:
keep em where they are, water deeply for the next three days to drain the salt from the soil, after three days of deeply watering.. cut back to once a week! they'll recover nicely! good luck! don't fertilize anymore for the year... once was enough!

Dig it up, take it to where you bought it, and ask for advice, or a refund.

Plants are weird like that, but it was only a couple of bucks, right? Buying a new one and starting over shouldn't be too hard of a thing. Obviously, one of the plants is happy.
