Question:

well, let me give u some great advice for these wonderful plants! first, they react nicely to pruning. second, they grow at a fast rate! now for the good stuff... when it starts to bud cut the top two inches off the plant..even the new buds... and in the next day or so it'll replace everything u've cut off with new buds..i have hundreds on mine that i've had for three years now (but it don't take that long for this to happen)..do this about once a month and u'll have a rose bush full of blooms by aug. or so! it don't need to be fertilized either! trust me, i usually get a new one for the landscape every valentines day and everyone reacts the same way. good luck!

Miniature, means it is a small form of that bush. Not large. Obviusly it will grow to some extent, BUT not as a regular rose bush. There are many types, youd have to consult nursery where you bought it.
Minature roses are remarkable for growing--but they are still going to be minatures. They're made that way. If you're trying to grow it big, youi're going to have better luck getting a large rose like a climber.
if you keep cutting it wont grow .1yr.
THEY ARE REALLY SLOW GROWERS
I would have to agree with robert above but one thing he forgot to tell you . roses are acid loving plants and the minis are no exception. You should put used cooled coffee grounds at the base of the plant and you will see a difference in a couple of days . happy gardening !
