Rabbit deterrent?
Question:Apart from erecting a rabbit-proof fence which is too costly and too time consuming, does anyone know of an effective deterrent against rabbits? My vegetables (and my flowers) are being decimated!
Answers:
Get a bag full of hair clippings from your local hair salon. Spread the hair out on the ground around your plants. The chemicals and natural human smell in the hair acts as a deterent untill a few rain showers wash it all out.
Also, put up a few lines off the ground and hang the foil/tin pie plates from them. The movement and shiny appearance seem to work too.
Rottweiler on a long chain
a shot gun.
Rottweillers, dobermans, pit bulls, shot guns, poison.
Take the batteries out of it.
Hi a 12 bore should sort them out :)
Shotgun or a strain of myxamotosis.
Broken egg shells... they don't like to stand on it, same goes for cats.
To high powered BB guns!

1 wiley coyote
Your local nursery has Rabbit and Dog Chaser. A combination of moth balls, dried blood, and Tabasco sauce in a powder form.
Lay it down around your plants every week or so and you will have a good undisturbed crop. It only costs a few dollars.Good luck.
Elmer Fudd and a shotgun
apart from a fence there is available a sonic device which is activated by movement but they are £30 each and need electric / Batteries to work you need to place them so they cover the area the rabbits are getting in at the range is about 20 ft
other than a fence a dog will only keep them out while its in the garden
Plant marigolds around the edge of your garden. Rabbits (and most critters) can't stand their unusual aroma. They come in orange or yellow and have a variety of petal shapes to choose from. I use them and don't have any problems, and there are loads of pests in the woods behind my house.
