My tulips are beautiful every year but after the blooming is there anything I can plant in the empty beds?

Question:I want to fill up the empty beds after the tulips bloom is done.

Answers:
An ideal thing to do is plant more bulbs around your tulip area that will bloom at different times of the year. Tulips bloom early in spring. Get you a bulb collection that will bloom in summer and more that will bloom in fall. As one goes away you will have new things coming in immediately. Your bulbs should be deep enough to put a few annuals in for extra color. Happy planting to you.

yes anything. annual flowers or perennials that sprout after the tulips. which would be just about anything
yes annuals like marigolds are good. Just be carefull when digging not to tear up the tulip bulbs.
