Help- our yard is overfertilized, is there anything we can do?

Question:

Answers:
I have to go with the other answers, water a lot. It will come back with patience. You are not the first and won't be the last to over fertilize. I just hope you didn't pay someone to do it.

water water water!!!!
Over water it. Flush it good!
Keep it well watered or the fertilizer will "burn" it.
If you have a leaf vacuum you might be able to use it and get some of it up - if it's a granular fert.
The answer is the same even if it's liquid...water, water, water, and then water some more. It is pretty hard to drown grass, so now that you've watered, water again!

hope this helps.
