When will my banana tree flower?

Question:I have 5 banana trees in a self watering pot in my house the five stalks are curently 2 years old and 2 years ago i grew them from seed, anyways when will it flower, my living room has lots of sunlight.

Answers:
Two things. You will need to pollinate, and I believe 3 years is the magical number where the mother banana will send up a stalk that looks like a new banana tree, but then it starts to produce the flower. Different varieties do different things though.

Needs to be pollinated. Find the male pistil ? It needs to somewhere by the other one to flower. To the stigma. U need to research who and where these bad boys are. :)
Usually bees and flys do it. I am not kiddin artificial insemination. lol best of luck it is true. All different with inside plants that is why usually it takes a year. The BF is all excited about this now, OH HELL...
