What are these black larva/eggs on my citrus tree?

Question:It seems like overnight I have a bunch of little black larva/eggs on the leaves of an orange tree. They're the size of a sesame seed and scattered all over the leaves. The seem to be stuck to the leaves by spider web. Could they be spider eggs? Any suggestions on how to get rid of them?

Answers:
spray bottle with soapy water kills most bugs. just a few drops of dish soap in spray bottle fulled with water and start spraying. it is better than using chemicals on trees.
