The Planter's Peanut?

Question:I was wondering if any one knew of any possible models or instructions to creating a replica of Mr. Peanut out of bushes? My neighbor is four years old and always gets so excited when the tv commercial comes on where the squirrel or whatever furry creature makes the Mr. Peanut out of lawn bushes. I would like to do this for her for her birthday. Thank you!

I made a pigeon once out of a bush (cause I studied them once and became really obsessed!)
