Rats have moved in to old gopher tunnels in my back yard. How do I get rid of the rats?

Question:

Answers:
You could try poison or the ultasonic spikes or even set traps but I saw a video of someone getting rid of rats and gophers with propane. Yes it is a little dangerous but you fill the holes with propane and ignite it and an explosion goes through the tunnel which kills the rats and also causes the tunnel to cave in. Yes I know it sounds crazy but It did wonders. Just make sure you do not have tall dry grass or any thing that can catch fire.

CATS!
nothing like good ol' explosives in the holes to take care of a rodent problem
You have to call the health dpt
A really big phython, I would recommend one at least 20 feet long. This will also deter small neighborhood children from going into your yard.
Weird as this sounds, I'm actually more curious how you got rid of the gophers with no ideas on how to get rid of the rats!
