I think the trellis I bought for my morning glory and moonflowers is too short?

Question:The vines are already growing up--what can I do?

We had the same problem and attached strings from the top of the trellis to the underside of the roof soffits. They will continue to climb whatever is available.

I don't think that you have a lot of options now, if you can not extent it but all is not lost because when the plants get to the top they will just hang/drape over. It may not be what you wanted but when they flower it will all look beautiful.
