Why are the leaves of my periwinkle flowers turning yellow?

Question:

Answers:
It could also mean too much water too! If it doesn't have adequate drainage, the roots will rot in turn start turning the leaves yellow and then the whole plant will rot.

Phosphorus deficiency. Yellowing of leaves usualy means lack of phosphorus or water.
oak tree tannins can cause this- if they are near an oak tree that is ;-)
Too much sun and too much water can both turn periwinkle yellow.
