St. Agustin invades Bermuda. Help??

Question:What is the best way to remove St. Agustin grass and replace it with Bermuda?

There is only a small area I need to replace.

Answers:
spray round-up on the st. augustine. wait a week. rake out the dead. replace with bermuda

why would you want to? While everyones Bermuda is dying our St Augustine is thriving of no water and it is such a beautiful green plus it will grow in shade, under trees, etc.!
Just a suggestion leave the St Augustine and let it invade!
