are you using the correct materials are you excavating deep enough is it the correct stone work sub base is teh concrete correct 10 mill stone air entrained fibres etc the size depends as well because you have to pay for concrete that is not in the lorrry ie if you want4 cubes then you have asix cube lorry so you will pay for the empty space www.driveways4u.co.uk

but to be honest they both tend to look a bit rubbish
i am a landscaper and i am currently laying real stone paving which looks amazing and the prices are silly cheap,
