What is the most treeless, non-vegetated, non-verdant, uncolourful flat city you have ever seen?

Question:Name some cities that are not very verdant with plants, greenery, natural wonders, and especially trees.

Answers:
I don't know about these cities, some I do, but I do know that the whole state of South Dakota is the most boring and treeless countryside to drive through, and flat. I've heard some people here say that it is God's country, but I had to argue that and say I think God forgot about this part of the USA. My first thoughts were as I drove through this state was."Where the heck are all the trees"??

The only places that have the trees are around the farm homes. Most cities here, if you blink your eyes, you are already passed through them...and that is no exageration. Mt. Rushmore is the only place in this state that has any trees and mountains.

Phoenix and El paso.
Have you been to Las Vegas? I came from Phoenix, and I think besides the city lights Las Vegas is definitely more barren
