i have used a castor oil spray for moles and they hate the smell and taste and flee the area the bottle says it also works for voles too you can get it at any garden store make sure it is 100% castor oil and follow the directions
use the hottest peppers you can find, crush and put in the holes. habanero would be the hottest.
