My salix integra hakuro nishiki is dying i think, its got a lot of brown leaves, wilting stems please help?

Question:

Answers:
if the leaves are turning brown starting at end of branches and working its way down the branches its not enough water. you truly cant water a willow too much. could also be borers- check the trunk for holes. if it were my tree i would cut it back pretty good and let the tree put on new growth.

I believe that these do best in a wet area- is it getting enough water?
