Does anyone know if there is something i can use for sealing concrete stepping stones?

Question:I am going to make a couple of stepping stones out of concrete (QuikCrete) for my rock garden which will be embellished with the names of my two dogs which passed away last year. Does anyone know of anything that can be used to seal them for protection against the elements? Thank you.

Answers:
How sweet! I used a concrete sealer on all of my statuary and fountains that I got at the craft store, Michaels. I like it because it is non-yellowing, protects and seals against the water from the automatic sprinklers and sun they get hit with in my backyard. The one I use is by Patio Paints and one large bottle should be enough to do both of your stepping stones. (PS Look at the Michael's ad circular, they are running a 40% off cupon.)

you could buy a commercial stone sealer at lowe's or home depot or buy something like armor-all. It contains silicones that penetrate the stone and help it resist absorption. test it before using, though.
