How do I replace transmission on Honda Harmony 215 push mower??

Question:It looks like the top part of the transmission where you have to do some work is covered by the plastic housing. It seems that you have to take off the entire housing somehow. Can anyone explain the proper steps in doing this? Thanks

I'm not saying this to be critical (and you might be a very good mechanic) but if you are having problems taking the housing off I'd suggest not trying to fix it yourself. Take it to a certified Honda mower dealership. Either way, hope you get it running soon.
