Someone recommended me to add tomato juice to my dogs diet, and it worked just fine for us!

I also found that if you are outside with your pup, then pouring water over it straightawy worked aswell. It seemed to take the strength out of it.

Hydrated Lime, it works every time!
I have a great homemade solution that works on my carpet, but don't know if this would work in your situation outside. It might be worth a try since it's so cheap to make.
