Is there any way to preserve radishes?

Question:Can you freeze or pickle them or something? I stagger my plantings every 2 weeks but the plants are doing so good my friends/family have plenty too. Any ideas?

you can pickle them...
you can freeze them, but then you can't use them in the same ways as fresh.

Typically radishes are used fresh, uncooked. After freezing they wouldn't be too good in a salad.
You can pickle them. Not sure of the exact recipe but it is white vinegar and kosher salt.
Yes, you can pickle them. Try a search for radish pickle and see what you find.
