How can I preserve these lillies so that they last for years?

Question:In a couple of week, my orange, yellow, and red paintbrush lillies will bloom, and there will be about 50-60 blooms. I'd like to preserve them, so that they look just as they did as when i cut them. I'm probably going to have them sit in a vase. So what can i do to preserve them? Oh, and i don't want to press them, and i can't freeze dry them (too expansive) thanks in advance.

Answers:
Here are some sites that might prove helpful. I just googled "preserve flowers".

I would dig a space in the ground to plant them in then take care of them by the basics
