Countries which has tropical rainforest. Countries around the equator. This is because these countries have summer all year round and the huminity is relatively very high. Especially with rain and water ponding, mosquitoes breed very quickly.

Us, Canada, we have the most and the biggest!! In Australia they call them Mossies.
Where there is more stangnant water. Soon with global warming & no trees, they will be Extinct.
I have no idea. Probably in countries where people don't have adequate plumbing and there is stagnant water.
Worst mosquitos are in tundra areas . So would likely be Russia, Finland , Canada, US ( Alaska) . Which is the worst ? Ask an Artic explorer, that's been everywhere.
