I just cut my sod grass for the first time, i now notice some yellow patches, like the grass is burnt or faded
Question:Is there a way to get this out?

Are there any animals peeing on the grass? The ammonia will kill fragile new roots. You could cut the area out and replace from another area not as obvious, and re-seed the patch you removed.
It is probably just that you let it get a little long, give it a week before you start worrying about it.
the first thing that comes to mind is you have cut to low and is dry ,water well for days.Then find out the proper height for your grass.The most common thing people think there lawn is a golf course...the shorter the better. NOT TRUE
