Do you want to be an uphill gardener?
Contact some of the local companies near you and ask them.

You may be able to be an understudy for a while!
Of course a local college horticultural class and a bricklaying/slab laying course too, then u can go self employed, try to get some mini digger training too, also watch as many garden TV progs as poss and make notes. All the ground force programmes are usually on sky TV still with lotsa good ideas, u can get a PC garden design program too, Alan Titch did a design series that was pretty good on TV a while ago for beginners, it showed how to lay out borders etc Kew Gardens allows people to work and get experience as volunteers or Risley or whatever is close to you.
If you live in Sydney,Australia. You can go to Ryde TAFE like I did last year.
You can't. There's too many of us and we won't let you.

Just kidding, my friend. But do realize it's a very competitive industry.

Good luck!
Contact you local college, as I do not know where you live I cannot do a search for you otherwise I would.
