Bury your banana peels near the roots.sounds nuts.but works.
you need to buy some bone meal for it and you need to get the food that is for roses only. miracle grow makes great products for rose bushes. make sure that you mix all the stuff together as directed. there is a soil you can buy that is for roses only. make sure you buy stuff that are for just roses. any thing else will not help it bud. i just planted a climbing rose bush and every one said i was crazy buying all the different products for roses. it has had 6 buds in a matter of 4 weeks from planting. trust me bone meal is great for your roses.
Hopefully, it isn't one of those mass produced, Wal-Mart climbers. I bought several and they never bloomed for me ither, in spite of the rose food I kept giving them.
They cuttings weren't of good quality
